Firearms not delivered to customers
at our retail shop will only be
shipped to a Federal Firearms
License (FFL) holder. All required
background checks will be performed
by your local FFL holder. A copy of
a current, signed FFL may be mailed,
faxed or e-mailed and payment in
full must be received by Sierra Guns
prior to any firearm being shipped.

Payment Options: Mail-in payments by
Money Order or Certified Check.
Personal checks are accepted but
shipment will be held until the
check has cleared our bank. All
prices in our database and on
emailed quotes have been reduced by
3.5% for mail-in payment by cash,
money order or certified check.
Call us with your info for a Credit
card Payment. Credit card payments
do not earn the 3.5% discount and
the 3.5% must be added to the total
price. AMEX
payments do not earn the 4.5%
discount and the 4.5% must be added
to the total price. We accept Visa,
Master Card, Discover, and American
Express.
All prices and descriptions are
subject to change without notice.

ALL SALES
ARE FINAL! We will
send any broken, defective firearm
back to the manufacturer for repair,
but we can not take a previously
sold firearm back, due to liability.
We will make every attempt to work
with the manufacture to get the
issue resolved. All Ammunition sales
Are Final! All Accessories sold are
factory new and any defective or
damaged items will be sent back to
the manufactures for repair or
replacement by the customer.

ARE NON REFUNDABLE!
All deposits placed to hold
merchandise are non-refundable! All
deposits for special orders are
non-refundable! All Same Day Holds
are a $50 Deposit, and will be
charged if you fail to pick up your
gun you put on Hold. This is to ensure
products are readily available for
our customers and to prevent us from
being stuck with slow moving and non
stocked items.
Quoted prices are for
Factory New
items unless otherwise noted. Prices
are subject to change without prior
notice from our wholesale
distributors. All in-stock items are
subject to prior sale.
Sierraguns.com reserves the right to
discontinue or change product
specifications and prices without
prior notice. Products are available
while supplies last. Inadvertent
errors in advertised prices are not
binding on SierraGuns.com, and may
be adjusted at any time.
Additionally our shop prices have
nothing to do with our on-line store
in Arizona. They are 2 separate
locations, and pricing is based off
what we paid for products at that
time, as the web store is a sole
source, and our retail shop
purchases from several different
manufactures and distributors,
pricing may differ. Additionally the
on-line store price does not include
shipping, sales tax, or the
background check fee in the total
until you check out. All on-line
items will be shipped to our shop in Clinton Utah. If
purchased items need to be shipped
to another location, there maybe
additional shipping charges.
We have 2 locations and
pricing may be
different at one or more location.
Our on-line prices may
be different than our in-store
prices due to or distributor pricing
differences, close outs, or a
on-line only sale, or we may purchase items
from another distributor at a
different price. Our On-Line store
does not show shipping or other fees
until you go to check out. We
advertise most of our sale prices on Utahguns.com If you find a different
price than the store price feel free
to ask about it, we may or may not
be able to change it. Again, our web
store pricing and inventory has
nothing to do with our in store
inventory and pricing.
Utah
residents must pay 6.50% sales tax.
Shipments and Transfers
No
sales tax is collected if the item
is shipped outside of Utah.
All firearms are shipped least cost
way. Usual in-transit shipping time
is 3 to 5 days.
No unauthorized returns. S&H is not
refundable. Return S&H is the
responsibility of the buyer. There
is a 20% re-stock fee on returned
new guns or order cancellations.
All damaged in transit items must be
reported to the freight carrier and
Sierra Guns immediately upon receipt
of shipment.
Any defective merchandise is under
warranty by the manufacturer. Return
items to the manufacturer for repair
or replacement.
Certain firearms and accessories are
not legal for sale in California,
New Jersey, Maryland, New York and
other states and localities where
their use, possession, or sale are
prohibited by law.
It is the buyers responsibility
to be familiar with their local and
state firearm related laws,
restrictions and ownership
requirements.

stock. If a backorder occurs on
your purchase, you will be notified
promptly and given the option of an
immediate refund of all funds paid
or keeping your backorder open until
filled.
FFL Transfer service fee is current
on this website only. All
transferred items are to be
dispositioned to the customer within
30 days or by prior agreement.
Firearms are considered abandoned
property and subject to sale one
calendar year after receipt, if the
item is still at our facility and
unclaimed.
